A series commenting on the perpetual violence of the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez, known as the murder capital of North America. In a pathetic attempt to boost city morale, in May 2011 the federal government added to city name the honorific 'Heroica' (meaning 'heroic', referring to the city's pivotal role in the Mexican Revolution).
